Yo! Production & Shipping
Every product in our store is made to order for you. Production on most products takes up to 10 days. We ship FREE using the USPS and ask that you allow 10 business days for shipping.
Yo! Cancel & Modify
We hope you don't but if you change your mind about your purchase, please email or text Dawn immediately. Your order is only eligible to be canceled and/or modified within 2 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.
Please understand that:
• Personalized Orders are locked for processing right after the order is completed so sometimes it is impossible to make adjustments. Please double check all details before completing the order.
• For modification requests in the holiday season, orders may reach you a little longer than usual. However, it is rare because we always try to complete the changes immediately.
NOTE: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
Yo! Refund & Return
If Your package hasn’t had any movement for 21 days or is past our estimated time of arrival and if the shipping address provided is correct, you will receive a FREE replacement as soon as possible.
We will take full responsibility within 30 days from your orders arrival, if the product(s)
• Have been crashed, damaged
• Are not what you ordered
You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND. Remember we are here to make sure you are happy, so take a deep breath and know that Yo! Chlo Chlo will resolve the matter. please email or text Dawn to receive prompt support from Dawn or someone in the Family.
We want you to be a return customer, not a customer who returns. We believe that REPLACEMENTS or REFUNDS will always resolve therefore we do not have a return policy. The original items can be kept or disposed of.
Yo! Replace & Cost
Some instances below may be a reason for a replacement with a minimal fee, compared to the original price:
1. If you received the wrong item, design, size due to incorrectly customized input.
2. Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address.
